2iE and the Ministry of Mining and Energy of Burkina Faso in partnership with The University of Ouagadougou and the University of Perpignan are convening the 2nd edition of AfricaSolar, the international gathering of solar power’s stakeholders in Africa.
This event is planned to last from November 20th to 22nd and will gather about 300 attendants around the theme: « Solar Market in Africa, Strengths and weaknesses ».
AfricaSolar 2014 will bring together a great number of players, international scientists; investors interested in West Africa’s economic opportunities or experts on the area and give the chance to conduct a shared brainstorming. Conferences, debates and experience sharing will be put to contribution to bring out concrete recommendations for public and private stakeholders and decision makers in order to promote the development of the solar market in Africa.
