How is organized an online training program?

2iE’s Online Professional Education is an E-learning approach based on web and mutlimedia technologies, and collaborative learning tools. Completed by a « blended-learning » approach, which allows learners to start a campus-based training program and then carry it out online and vice versa.

The learner benefits from a personalized coaching device. In practical terms, this includes an individual follow-up of his/her commitment, as well as  exchanges and feedback from teachers and group works. From an educational point of view, tutors make sure objectives linked to the training programs are met. The number of learners per tutor is strictly limited in order to guaranty a better quality of teaching. The whole training programs are available under two types of study cycle.

  • Degree program: the learner enrolls to follow the whole program continuously. The training takes place in 12 months and ends with the award of a degree. In case of resit session, the training can last between 14 and 16 months. In case of personnel or professional requirements, the learner, who choses this cycle can hold his/her training and restart it according to his/her availability, with a total time limit of 24 months.
  • Certificate cycle: the learner builds him/herself his/her training program. He/she attends according to his/her rhythm, availability, needs and elements that he/she wishes to study.

When can I start my online training program?

With the system of academic year start by cohort, you can start your training program on January or May or September. This innovative device was conceived to provide a flexible answer to the constraints of classical training schedules and better adapt to the needs of professionals. Learners register online in one or several Course Units (CU) to acquire one or several specific competences. The training group is launched three times a year (January, May and September) and not only once a year. The capitalization of all credits linked to the different CU allows the award of a degree.
