2iE offers on the various campuses: Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) and Kumba (Cameroon), a life, study and research environment in compliance with international standards.  For further information about life at 2iE, click here.

Becoming integrated

60% of 2iE students are from a country other than Burkina Faso. This figure gives a decidedly multicultural dimension to the institution, where in addition to French and English, many African languages are spoken on the campus. Mandarin, Spanish and French as foreign language are also taught.

The many activities proposed by Associations, which are members of students’ board, as well as  teamwork modules facilitate the integration of newcomers. For further information, click here

Organizing one’s academic studies

Registered in the BMD system, an academic year is split into two academic semesters. It includes theoretical teaching modules, laboratory work, tutorials as well as a minimum of 4 months’ period of internship in companies; which is compulsory from the 2nd year of training (Bachelor 2).

Backed by its dynamic of teaching innovation and for a better adaptation to students’ needs: changing to a different course during the school year, internship extension or long study stay abroad, 2iE proposes not one, but three dates for annual school starts. You can start with on-site courses in: September, January and May (except Advanced Masters’ Degree and MBA, for which a unique date of start is in September).
